How we handle information you share when you contact Dylog or request a demo.
When you submit the contact form or email us, Dylog may use the information you provide—such as your name, company, work email, role, primary interest, and message—to respond to your request, schedule a demo, and follow up about Dylog products relevant to your inquiry.
We do not ask you to submit customer records or production system data through the public contact form. Demo conversations can use a representative sample of your catalog by arrangement.
We do not sell your personal information. Access is limited to people who need it to respond to your request. We retain contact records only as long as needed for sales follow-up and ordinary business records, unless a longer period is required by law.
